摘　　要：简述了图书馆界关于读者合法权利的讨论,从现代维权诚信的层面分析了当前意识上的诸多缺失,并阐述了图书馆在维权工作中应有的作为。This paper briefly expounds the discussion of the library circles on the legal rights of the readers, from the level of the modem rights safeguarding and credit, analyzes on some shortages in the current consciousness, and expounds that the library should do something in the rights safeguarding work.
