摘　　要：介绍了图书馆相关信息技术以及信息技术与图书馆的关系,分析了信息时代图书馆的基本结构以及高校图书馆在引进信息技术同时对其服务和管理过程产生的影响,论述了信息时代高校图书馆角色与功能的转变。This paper introduces some information technologies related to the library and the relationship between the information technology and the library, analyses on the basic structure of the library in the information times and the influence of the introduction of the information technology on the service and management of the university library, and discusses on the transformation of the functions of the university librsry in the information times.
