摘　　要：信息科技创新是信息时代经济增长的关键因素。分析了信息科技创新的内涵、重要性和必要性,着重讨论了信息科技创新的原则。In the information times, the informational sci-tech innovation is the key factor of the economic growth. This paper analyzes the connotation, importance and necessity of the informational sci-tech innovation, emphatically discusses on the principles of the informational sci-tech innovation.
