快读生物指示剂应用效果的观察

摘　　要：目的观察快读生物指示剂的灭菌效果。方法依据GB15981-1995《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准》中压力蒸汽灭菌效果评价方法与标准,采用快读生物指示剂对7台高压蒸汽灭菌柜进行常规监测。结果使用快读生物指示剂对压力蒸汽灭菌柜有效的效果监测,缩短了检测等待时间45 h,解决了已知检测合格后供应临床。结论使用快读生物指示剂效果可靠,解决了检测结果滞后,是目前较理想的、科学的、实用的一种压力蒸汽灭菌效果监测的方法。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of the quickread bioindicator. METHODS According to the GB15981- 1995 The Measures and the Standards of the Assessment of Disinfection and Sterilization, to control conventionally the 7 high-pressure steam sterilization cabinets by the quiekread-bioindieators. RESULTS Using the effective control method shortened the waiting time by 45 hours, and in-time provided the qualified disinfected supply. CONCLUSIONS The effect of using the quickread-bioindicator resolves the problem of delay of the control result. This is an ideal, scientific, and practical method for effective control of the high pressure steam sterilization.
