摘  要:电主轴前、后端的动态精度对工件表面的加工质量和精度很重要,本文主要研究了电主轴的安装对其动态精度的影响。实验中采集了电主轴前、后端的振动信号,并对其频谱图加以分析,找出了影响电主轴前、后端振动的主要因素,通过实验研究提出了电主轴尾部安装的方法,实验表明:电主轴前、后端振动加速度幅值较小,振动平稳。验证了改进的安装方法是正确的,保证了电主轴的动态精度。The dynamic precision of the front and rear parts of the electric spindle is very important to the precision and quality of the workpiece's surface. This paper mainly analyses the effect of the electric spindle installation on the dynamic precision. After collecting the vibration signal of the front and rear parts of the electric spindle and analyseing the frequency Chart of the signal, we find out the main factor of the vibration of the front and rear parts of the electric spindle, and then suggest afterbody installation method of the electric spindle through the experiment. The experiment shows that the vibration acceleration breadth of front and rear parts of the electric spindle became smaller than before, The paper shows that the improved installation method is right, and effect of the installation on the dynamic precision is very small.
