摘　　要：通过对拉环瓶塞结构及成型工艺分析确定了带拉环瓶塞的模具设计方案,并对其分型面设置、顺序分型机构设计、脱模及复位机构设计和模具工作过程进行了阐述。其独特之处在于通过多次利用弹簧(伸缩性)和限位螺钉(板)等机构解决了在同一模具中动、定模的内外型芯先后脱模这一复杂问题。Through the analysis of the structure characteristics and technological of the ring tab of bottle stopper, the scheme of mould has been determined, The installation of parting surface and design of unloading and correct dislocation structure and working process of the mould is that the spring （flexible） and fixed position screw （board） structure that solved the difficult problem of unloading the inside core and outside core of moving die and fixed die at the same mould.
