补阳还五汤对动脉粥样硬化小鼠诱导型一氧化氮合酶表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究补阳还五汤对动脉粥样硬化小鼠一氧化氮及诱导型一氧化氮合酶表达的影响。方法:喂饲高脂饲料复制小鼠动脉粥样硬化模型;Griess法检测血浆中NO水平;蛋白质免疫印迹法检测诱导型一氧化氮合酶的表达。结果:动脉粥样硬化小鼠9周开始出现一氧化氮显著增加,补阳还五汤显著抑制一氧化氮水平,并降低诱导型一氧化氮合酶的表达。结论:补阳还五汤可能通过抑制诱导型一氧化氮合酶的表达降低动脉粥样硬化小鼠一氧化氮水平,防治动脉粥样硬化。Objective： To study the effect of Buyanghuanwu Recipe on nitric oxide level and the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase （iNOS） in atherosclerosis models BALB/c mice. Methods： Four groups of mice were used to reproduce the atherosclerosis model by high fat feedingstuff. NO in plasma was measured by Griess method and the expression of iNOS was detected by western blot method. Results： NO level in atherosclerosis mice increased from the end of the ninth week and increased continuously to the end of the process. Buyanghuanwu Recipe inhibited the increasing of NO level and the expression of iNOS. Conclusion： Buyanghuanwu Recipe may prevent atherosclerosis in mice by inhibiting the expression of iNOS and decline the NO level.
