蜂王浆冻干粉含药血清对小鼠B16BL6黑色素瘤细胞增殖的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察蜂王浆冻干粉含药血清对小鼠B16BL6黑色素瘤细胞增殖的影响。方法:蜂王浆冻干粉大鼠灌胃1d、3d10d的含药血清与小鼠B16BL6黑色素瘤细胞体外培养,MTT比色法观察对细胞增殖的影响。结果:给药10d组血清能显著抑制B16BL6细胞的增殖,不灭活血清作用强于灭活血清,其抑制效应呈剂量依赖性,40%浓度作用最强。而给药1d、3d组血清抑制效应不明显。结论:蜂王浆冻干粉含药血清能抑制B16BL6细胞的增殖,其效应随大鼠给药时间的延长而增强,提示蜂王浆刺激机体产生自体活性物质在其抑瘤效应中发挥重要作用。Obstract： Objective ： To investigate the effect of serum of rat treated with lyophilized royal jelly （LRJ） on proliferation of murine B16BL6 melanoma cell . Methods ： The serum of rat treated with LRJ for 1d,3d and 10d was prepared. The murine BI6BL6 n,elanoma cell was cultured in vitro. And the proliferation of the cells treated with serum for 48h was assayed by MTT method. Results ： The serum of rat treated with LRJ for 10d could significantly inhibit the proliferation of BI6BL6 melanoma cells in a dose-dependent manner. While the serum of rat treated with LRJ for I d and 3d had no significantly inhibitory effection. And the activated serum was more effective than the deactivated serum. Conclusion ： The serum of rat treated with LRJ could inhibit the proliferation of murine BI 6BL6 melanoma cells. And the serum of rat treated with LRJ longer had more significant effection.
