通脉降糖保肾胶囊对糖尿病大鼠降糖保肾作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究通脉降糖保肾胶囊对实验性糖尿病大鼠的作用。方法:采用链脲佐菌素和四氧嘧啶制备糖尿病大鼠模型,观察通脉降糖保肾胶囊对其血糖、尿素氮、肌酐、肾小球形态以及对血小板聚集的影响。结果:通脉降糖保肾胶囊能明显降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖,亦降低链脲佐菌素所致糖尿病大鼠胆固醇、尿素氮、肌酐,对ADP诱导的大鼠血小板聚集有明显的抑制作用。结论:通脉降糖保肾胶囊通过降低血糖、调节脂质代谢紊乱、改善肾小球结构和功能等多方面发挥降糖保肾、治疗糖尿病的作用。To investigate the effect of tongmaijiangtangbaoshen capsule on the experimental diabetic rats. Methods： Rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, and experimental groups （ treated by tongmaijiangtangbaoshen capsule）, STZ or aUoxan was given to the two latter groups by a single ip to establish diabetic models, the morphological change of glomeruli were checked through microscopy. Blood glucose, cholesterol, creatinine,urine protein and platelet aggregation were analyzed with chemical methods. Results： Tongmaijiang- tanghaeshen capsule markedly reduced the level of blood glucose, cholesterol, croatinine and urine protein of diabetic rats, which increased significantly in the experimental model, significantly restrained platelet aggregation. Conclusion： The results suggest that tongmaijiangtang- baoshen capsule may be used to therapy diabetic nephropathy by reducing the level of blood glucose, improving glomerular structure and function ,regulating adipose metabolize disorder.
