摘 要:联合应用半乳糖和亚硝酸钠使小鼠拟痴呆,研究胡黄连糖甙对小鼠的神经保护作用。通过水迷宫试验,组织病理学检查,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的测定等结果表明:模型组小鼠的学习记忆功能明显受到障碍,表现出阿尔茨海默氏病症状。胡黄连糖甙给药能有效增强动物的学习记忆能力,起到防治神经退行性病变的作用。同时,胡黄连糖甙治疗组小鼠血清及脑内SOD活性增高,MDA含量降低,提示胡黄连糖甙的抗氧化功能可能是其神经保护作用的机制之一。The neuroprotective effect of picrosides on analog dementia induced by galactose and nitrite natrium in mice was investigated. Water maze test, pathological observation, superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) measurement were conducted. As a result, the analog dementia model animals exhibited significant learning and memory deficits, just as Alzheimer's disease (AD) in human. With the treatment of picrosides, the learning and memory ability of those mice was greatly improved. In addition, picrosides treatment increased the activity of SOD while decreased the concentration of MDA in the serum and brain of experimental mice. Therefore, it is concluded that picrosides is capable of prohibiting the presented animal model from suffering dementia, which may attribute to its anti-oxidative effect.
