摘 要:利用数值解截断误差所形成的小扰动在雷诺应力方程(RSM)的数值迭代过程中的发展,求解具有内筒旋转和固定端面的同轴圆筒环隙间的湍流泰勒涡流;然后在数值模拟出湍流泰勒涡流的基础上,定量分析湍流泰勒涡流的周向速度的波动性及其壁面附近的速度陡降特性、沿半径向外的强射流特性、轴向速度周期分布特性、压力周期波动特性、壁面切应力极化特性和强湍动射流特性;对比前人对湍流泰勒涡流进行实测的结果,数值模拟湍流泰勒的流动特性误差在30%以内。Turbulent Taylor vortex flow, which is contained between the rotating inner cylinder and the concentric fixed outer cylinder with the fixed ends, is simulated out by applying the development in Reynolds stress equations mold (RSM) of the micro disturbing resulted from the error between the numerical solution and exact solution of the Reynolds stress equations. On the base of the numerical simulation result of turbulent vortex flow, the characteristics of Taylor vortex, such as the fluctuation and precipitous drop of azimuthal velocity, jet flow of radial velocity, periodicity of axial velocity, wave periodicity of pressure distribution, polarization of shear stress on the walls and intensive turbulence in jet region, are discoursed. Comparing the pilot results measured by the predecessors, the relative error of characteristics predicted by simulation is less than 30 %.
