摘 要:在研究线路板破碎物料中主要金属的存在形态及其形成因素的基础上,以-0.5+0.25mm粒级金属混合体物料的性质为依据,设计了水介质变径分选床试验装置及工艺对该粒级物料中的铅、锡、铝、金等金属进行富集试验。X荧光光谱检测分析表明,在产率为15%的重组分产品中,铅、锡及锌的品位分别达到了22%、15%及4.2%,与处理前样品品位相比较,富集倍数分别为5.2、4.6和4。此外,铝、铜、金、银等金属也有比较显著的富集。试验设计了水循环利用系统,实现了水介质的全回流、无排放。研究结果为后续的产品提纯处理提供了条件。With the study on the state of being of the leading metals in printed circuit boards (PCBs) and formative factors , and based on the characteristics of the metal mixture with the size of -0.5+0.25mm a water medium-varied diameter separation bed experimental equipment and process to concentrate the metals mentioned above such as Pb, Sn, Al and Au, etc. were designed. The results of X fluorescence spectrum analysis show that for heavy constituent with a yield of 15%, the grades of Pb, Sn and Zn reach 22%, 15% and 4.2% , respectively. Compared with the grades of the predisposal samples, enrichment ratios are 5.2, 4.6 and 4, respectively. In addition, Al, Cu, Au and Ag are also concentrated remarkably. A water circulation system was designed to make water-medium total flow around and non-discharging, which provides a basis for the succeeding purification treatment.
