摘　　要：目的寻求胸腰段骨折椎弓根螺钉内固定失败的原因和对策。方法对8例胸腰椎骨折椎弓根螺钉内固定失败病例进行回顾性分析。结果椎弓根螺钉内固定折断原因为局部应力集中及异常活动,多为技术因素。结论胸腰椎骨折椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰段骨折要掌握手术指征,对不稳定骨折治疗要求植骨,术后腰部保护,选择适当拔钉时间。Objective To analyze the causes of failure of thoracolumbar fractures treated with internal fixation. and to develop a prophylactic methods, Methods 8 cases of failure tboracolumbar fractures treated with pedicle screw fixation were analyzed retrospectively. Results The causes of spinal internal fixation broken were stress concentration and abnormal movement of internal fixation, and was mainly relative to poor techniques. Conclusion The success points of thoracolumbar fractures treated with internal fixation were to grasp the indications of operation, to graft bone in unstable fracture, to protect waist after operation, and to choose suitable time to pull out the pedicle screw fixation.
