摘　　要：目的探讨单侧外固定器治疗肱骨于骨折骨不连的方法及疗效。方法应用单侧外固定器治疗44名肱骨于骨折不愈合的患者，其中37例已采用外科手术内固定治疗。结果全部病例平均于术后4．9个月（3．8～7.1个月）骨折愈合，随访6～23个月，患肢随诊肩肘关节功能良好。结论单侧外固定器治疗肱骨骨折骨不连是一种操作简便、创伤小、并发症少的有效方法，治疗期间肩、肘可早期功能活动。Objective To explore the method and effects of using unilateral external fixation to treat nonunion humeral fracture. Methods 44 cases of nonunion humeral fractures were treated with unilateral external fixation. Among them, 37 cases had been previously treated surgically. Results All nonunion fractures united within an average time of 4. 9 months （ranged from 3. 8 to 7. 1 months）. At the final of followed-up time （ranged from 6 to 23 months）, the shoulder and elbow joint functions were satisfactory. Conclusion Fixation with external fixation is a reliable and effective treatment for nonunion of humeral fracture.
