摘  要:电压型变频器直流环节并入电容对整流电路的输出进行滤波,理论上电容值越大,电压纹波越小,但是从空间和成本上考虑并不能如此。详细论述了三相输入和单相输入变频器滤波电容的计算方法。为电压型变频器不同功率的负载所需滤波电容的选择提供了理论依据。最后通过实验证明了该算法可行、可靠,不仅保证了产品的性能,更节约了成本。DC-link in voltage source inverters combining with capacitors to smooth the output of the rectifier circuits, theoretically, the larger the capacitors are, the less the tipples will be. However, taking the space and cost into account, it is not reliable to add so many capacitors. The computing method of the filter capacitors of three-phase inverters and the slngle-phase ones are illustrated. On the basis of this method, the proper capacitors can be easily choosed for different power loads. The method is proved to he useful and reliable by experimental results. Using this method, the product performance is improved and the cost is also cut down.
