摘　　要：多党合作和政治协商制度建设的与时俱进,需要在坚持和完善中国特色社会主义政党制度的过程中,构建更加和谐的政党关系。当代中国政党制度是促进中国政党关系和谐发展的制度。构建更加完善和谐的社会主义政党关系,需要进一步强化和谐的政治理念,需要创造更加和谐的政治环境,需要坚持执政党建设与参政党建设互相促进。To enable the Multi-party Cooperation and Political Consultation System to keep pace with the times, we need to establish more harmonious inter-party relations while persisting in and improve the socialist political party system of Chinese characteristics. The current political party system in China is the system that promotes the harmonious development of inter-party relations. To establish more harmonious inter-party relations, we are required to enhance harmonious political concepts, create harmonious political environment, and persist in mutual inspiration in the construction of the ruling party and the participating parties.
