摘 要:为优化磨机衬板设计,本文根据磨矿介质对磨机衬板的冲击特点,自行研制了冲击力测定装置,并试验获得了冲击力与冲击动能的关系模型。根据磨机内介质运动形态的有关理论,模拟计算磨矿介质对衬板冲击速度的大小、方向及冲击位置等。根据研究结果,当已知磨机规格和磨矿操作条件时,可模拟计算磨矿介质对磨机衬板的冲击力大小,这一计算结果可用于指导定量设计衬板材料和结构的适宜强度。To serve the optimum design of mill liner, a new device for determining impact force was developed on the basis of the characteristics of medium impact motion on mill liner.The relationship between impact force and impact dynamic energy was obtained. Based on the theories on grinding medium motion in a mill, the impact speed, direction and points of the grinding medium on the liner could be calculated. Therefore, when a mill diameter and its operation parameters are given, the impact force exerted from the medium on the mill liners can be obtained by means of the simulation calculation presented in this paper. The calculated results can be applied to the quantitative design of mill liner strength.
