摘　　要：基于Pro／engineer的有限元模块,对野战灭菌器异型封头进行灵敏度分析与结构优化设计,选取封头机械强度条件为性能约束,根据灵敏度分析结果,按质量最轻要求筛选出重要设计变量进行优化分析,确定封头结构尺寸,完成异型封头的机械结构设计．The sensitivity analysis and structure optimization of the abnormal head of sterilizator is performed based on the finite element module of Pro/engineer. The mechanical strength is selected as the performance constraint condition, and the important design variables are filtrated to optimize analysis, confirm the configurable dimension, and design the mechanical structure according to the sensitivity analyzing result and the requirement of least mass of the head.
