摘  要:运用差动热(DSC)分析方法,研究三水醋酸钠与醋酸铵二元体系在加成核剂(1%硼砂)后的相变温度和相变焓(Tm=51.1℃,△H=210.0 kJ/kg).在原有散热系统的基础上,将这种物质设计成储热块,安装在CPU芯片上,当CPU表面温度达到或者超过相变点时,储热块相变吸热,使其低于55℃,防止瞬时过热;当温度未达到相变点时,储热块仪起导热作用,散热片和电扇起散热作用.Binary mixture system (containing 1% Borax) made of Sodium Acetate Trihydrate and ammonium is studied by using DSC method. The experiment shows that the phase change temperature is 51.1℃ and the enthalpy of transition is 210. 0 kJ/kg. Based on the original heat elimination system, the heat storage blocks are designed by these materials which are installed on the surface of a CPU. If the CPU surface temperature reaches or oversteps the phase change point, its surface temperature will go down to 55 ℃ by phase change heat-retaining, otherwise the heat storage block only transmits heat. And the heat elimination pieces and electric fan only work as heating radiator.
