摘　　要：目的 探讨动力髋螺钉（DHS）治疗股骨转子间骨折的治疗效果。方法 选择2002年6月-2005年6月应用动力髋螺钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的患者38例，术后早期进行康复训练。结果 本组30例获得随访，时间为3-24个月。疗效参考Harris标准进行评价，优26例，良4例。结论 动力髋螺钉是治疗股骨转子问骨折有效的方法，可早期行功能锻炼。Objective It is to investigate the effect of dynamic hip screw （DHS） on intertroehanteric fractures. Methods Between June 2002 and June 2005,38 patients intertrochanteric fractures were treated with DHS and early postoperative rehabilitation. Results 30 cases had been followed-up for 3 to 24 months. According to Harris granding system,26 cases were excellent and four cases were good, Conclusion DHS are better way to treat intertrochanteric fractures, and permits early functional exercise.
