摘　　要：参与式监测评估和传统的监测评估相比具有明显的优势,在国内的应用也越来越普遍。简单介绍了参与式监测评估的概念,并把这种方法具体应用到黄土高原水土保持项目的社会经济效益监测评估中与世行现有的监测评估方法相比较,揭示其优点和不足。Comparing to the traditional monitoring and evaluation, the participatory monitoring and evaluation is more preponderant obviously, which is more and more widely used at home. The concept of the participatory monitoring and evaluation is described slmply,the method is used into monitoring and evaluating to social benefit of the project on water and soil conservation of Loess Plateau and is compared to the present method of the World Bank,its advantage and deficiency are revealed.
