摘 要:试验选1日龄罗曼蛋雏鸡240只,随机分成6组,就日粮赖氨酸水平(0.70%~1.2%)对0 ̄6周龄蛋雏鸡增重、采食量、饲料转化率和血清尿素氮的影响进行了研究。结果表明,日粮含0.90%赖氨酸水平时,增重最大;采食量各处理间均无显著差异;但料肉比以0.90%最低。血清尿素氮的变化趋势和生产性能变化基本一致。240 day-old Roman chickens were randomly divided into six groups to determine separately the optimum requirement of diet lysine of 0-6 weeks young hens. The resuhs shows that chick body weight gain and feed conversion rate were best at 0.90% lysine level; There were no significant difference of feed intake between groups. The changing of sera BUN agrees well with direct parameters such as growth and feed efficiency.
