摘 要:水资源是人类生产、生活不可或缺的重要自然资源,生态城市是未来城市发展的最终归宿,而水资源的约束是干旱区建设生态城市的主要影响因素。通过对银川市水资源供需现状及未来城市水供求状况的详尽分析,提出了衡量干旱区水资源安全的安全线、警戒线和维持线三种标准,分析了影响银川市水资源安全的主要因素,即黄河水的年际变化,城市用水出现的“二元结构”现象,区域水环境的恶化等都会给银川市水安全带来隐患。Water resources is the necessary and important natural resources for people, eco-city is the object of future city development,limited water resources is main influence factor for eco-eity in the dry area. The supply and demand of water resources for present condition and the future water supply condition in Yinchuan City are analyzed,the measure of water resources security is put forth,such as warning line, alertness line and maintain line. The main factor of the water resources safety for the influence in Yinchuan City are analyzed, for example, the variation of the Yellow River, the phenomena of "duality structure" for the use of water resources in Yinchuan City, the deterioration of regional water environment and so on, which would bring the trouble for the water security in Yinchuan City.
