前混合磨料水射流切割技术在排除未爆炸弹中的应用

摘　　要：水射流切割是目前唯一的一种冷切割方式，特别适合部队机动工程保障行动中排除未爆炸弹的需要。分析了目前普通使用的后混合磨料水射流切割存在的不足,创新性提出了前混合磨料水射流切割技术。针对野外作业的需要，提出了设备的战术、技术指标，优化设备结构设计，研制出轻便型前混合磨料水射流排除未爆炸弹设备。Water jet cutting in mobile engineer support after-mixed abrasive water ,which is the unique cold cutting mode now, especially suits for UXO disposal operations carried out by the forces. The shortcomings of the current common jet cutting technology are analyzed, and then the pre-mixed abrasive water jet cutting technology is put forward innovatively. The tactical and technical indexes of the device and the design to optimize the device structure are posed. The portable pre-mixed abrasive water jet cutting device for UXO disposal is developed.
