摘 要:在药壶爆破中,药壶的成形与体积的测量是爆破成功的重要工序之一。分析了常用的药壶体积测量方法的不足,提出了研制药壶体积测量仪的设想。对几种合适的孔内测距方法如激光测距、红外测距、微波和超声测距法等从可行性、经济性、实用性3个方面进行比较选择,确定选用超声波测距传感器测试方法。然后利用超声波在空气中发射和接收的时间差来测距,通过旋转步进电机,逐步测出药壶体积;并阐述了药壶体积测量仪器的硬件设计和软件设计。The figuration of spring and measuring volume is one of the most important procedures of blasting. The disadvantages of measuring volume springing blasting are expatiated. The idea of developing measured instrument of the spring volume is put forward. Several reasonable measuring methods of inner holes, such as laser sensor, infrared sensor, microwave ranging and ultrasonic ranging sensors etc were compared in respect of practicability, economy and feasibility. Finally, an ultrasonic ranging sensor was chosen. Then the distance from origin to target is calculated by using the time difference of ultrasonic transmitting to target and reflect back. Spring volume is measured step by step using the rotating motor. Designs of hardware and software of the instrument are presented.
