摘　　要：中国非常重视暴雨和洪水特性的研究,主要研究内容有暴雨洪水的地域分布、各时空尺度的变化、季节变化、年际变化及影响因素。Great attention is paid to studying the characteristics of rainstorms and floods in China , and the research involves regional distribution, variations with temporal and special scales, seasonal variation, interannual variation, and affecting factors of rainstorms and floods.
