摘　　要：新技术革命,尤其是信息技术的蓬勃发展,促使了图书馆学体系的变革。本文阐述了新技术革命对图书馆学基础理论、图书馆资源建设、读者服务和教育等方面的影响。New technical revolution, especially the flourishing development of information technology, has impelled the reform of the library science system. This thesis impacts on basic theory of library science, resource construction of library, reader service of library science, which resulted in new technical revolution.
