摘　　要：就液压支架整架强度试验的计算机模拟，系统阐述了支架结构的模型化技术和试验工况、外部载荷的计算机模拟方法．指出在支架图纸设计完成后对支架进行计算机模拟压架试验，可以在支架制造前快速、经济、全面、准确地检验支架各部位的设计强度，以保证支架的设计质量和对支架进行全面优化设计，从而较大幅度地降低支架重量和制造成本．For strength test of a complete support with computer simulation technique of support structures and loadings are described. If the simulation strength test with computer is adopted,the designed strength of all parts of a support can be found in advance,after the design is finished, and an optimum design of support can be made.The design quality can be enhanced, and the cost and weight of support will be reduced to a great extent.
