摘 要:提出了在机械化短段掘砌混合作业凿井中可全面提高掘砌效率、加快建井速度、改善井壁质量、增强抗水能力的8种功能深孔爆破基本条件参数、主要技术参数和基本技术措施及其设计方法,并据此编制了CAD程序,使用此项技术只需合理装备一套机械设备,就可在各种地质岩石中凿井,在冻结地层中应用可确保安全、快速,在含水岩层中应用可自行封水掘进。A model for deep hole blasting with 8 functions is established in order to improve the productivity of the mechanized shaft sinking and walling in short sections,to speed up mine construction,and to improve the quality and water resistance properties of the shaft wall.Major technical parameters,basic technical measures and design method are proposed.Based on which,the CAD program is made.A set of equipment is only required for this technique.It can be applied in shaft sinking in different types of rocks.When it is employed in the frozen strata,it can sink the shaft safely and rapidly,and,it can also seal off the water.No surface pre grouting is necessary.The average advance rate of the shaft can improve over 50%.
