摘　　要：在传统的数据库安全性技术基础上,将基于角色的访问控制(RBAC)这种较为成熟的数据库权限管理机制引入到医院信息系统中,并提出了一种针对不同模块不同功能菜单的用户管理、角色划分以及权限分配的方法。该方案可以较为有效的确保数据库的信息安全,防止非法用户破坏医用信息,对保障整个医院信息系统的正常运行都起着尤为重要的作用。On the basis of the traditional database security technique, this paper introduces the role based access control which is a comparatively ripe management of the database authority into the hospital information system. Besides tiffs, a sort of user management, role partition and authority distribution for different ,nodules and different function menus are also presented in the paper. Tiffs scheme can ensure the security of database and prevent illegal user who invades the system to destroy the information effectively. It plays a very important part in indenmifying the normal operation of the whole hospital information system.
