脑肿瘤患者检测肿瘤相关物质的意义

摘　　要：目的通过对脑肿瘤患者血清肿瘤相关生长因子(TSGF)的检测,探讨对于脑原发性肿瘤和脑转移性肿瘤的鉴别。方法67例脑肿瘤患者术前抽取静脉血,检测血清TSGF,术后根据病理结果分为良性肿瘤组、原发性恶性肿瘤组和颅脑转移性肿瘤组,并进行统计分析。结果良性肿瘤组20例、其中3例阳性,阳性率15%;原发性恶性肿瘤组27例,其中6例阳性,阳性率22.22%;转移性肿瘤组20例,其中12例阳性,阳性率60%。转移性肿瘤组病人的血清TSGF阳性率明显高于原发性良性和恶性肿瘤组的病人,P<0.01。结论血清TSGF的检测有助于原发性肿瘤和转移性肿瘤的鉴别。Objective To explore the differentiation between the primal＂ brain tumor and metastic brain tumor by the measurement of levels of serum tumor supplied group of factors（TSGF）. Methods To study the preoperated serum TSGF levels in 67 brain tumor patients,who were divided into the benign tumor group, the maliganant tumor group and the metastic brain tumor group after the operations, Rusults 3 patients （ 15% ） were abnormal in 20 benign tumor patients. 6 patients （22, 22% ） were abnormal in 27 maliganant tumor patients, 12 patients （60%） were abnormal in 20 metastie tumor patients, Comparing with the results of the other two groups, the metastic brain tumor group had statistical difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The measurement of serum TSGF is helpful to differentiate between the primary brain tumor and the metastic brain tumor,
