GIS技术在杭州市江干区规划编制中的应用研究

摘　　要：在城市规划编制工作中,充分利用GIS技术充实规划的空间内涵,强化规划的空间指导和约束功能,是树立和落实科学的发展观、促进区域经济社会的协调发展的必然要求。首先对传统规划方法的不足进行了总结,接着以杭州市江干区经济地理信息系统辅助江干区“十一五”规划编制的建设为例,说明了GIS技术在规划编制中的应用,最后总结了GIS技术在提高规划的科学性和有效性方面广阔的应用前景。In the field of the urban planning and mapping, it is necessary to use the GIS technology to build the framework of the urban planning, to direct and to set boundary of the planning; in the long term, GIS contributes to a fair and true view of scientific approach and it improves the economic society as a whole. The paper concludes problems of the traditional planning approach at beginning. An example is given based on ＂Sbiyiwu＂ construction project of Jianggan district, Hangzbou on the usage of the geography information system. This example is a clear application in urban planning and mapping with GIS technology. In the end, the paper expects a bright future for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of planning with implementing GIS technology in broad of fields.
