稳心颗粒治疗老年人心律失常临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察口服中成药稳心颗粒治疗老年人心律失常的疗效并评价其安全性。方法老年心律失常患者40例,均在常规治疗的基础上,停用目前应用的抗心律失常药物,给予稳心颗粒治疗,每次1袋(9g/袋),温开水冲服,3次/d,4周为1个疗程;1个疗程后,进行心电图、动态心电图检查并观察临床症状改善情况。结果40例患者服用稳心颗粒1个疗程后症状缓解的总有效率为90.00%,显效率60.00%;心电图改善的总有效率为90.91%,显效率63.64%;动态心电图总有效率90.00%,显效率60.00%。本组均未发生不良反应。结论稳心颗粒治疗老年人心律失常有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Chinese patent medicine ＂Wenxin keli＂ on elderly arrhythmia,and to evaluate its safety. Methods 40 cases of elderly （ mean age 80 ） arrhythmia, including 34 male and 6 female women,were selected. There were 6 cases of idiopathic arrhythmia,34 cases of organic heart disease conbined with arrhythmia. On the basis of conventional therapy, the patients were orderd to stop using current anti-arrhythmia medicine,but to take ＂Wenxin Keli＂ one, sack （ 9 g）, tid,for four weeks as one course of treatment. After one course, patients were examined with ECG, DCG （ Holtor ）, and their clinical symptoms were observed. Resuits After one course of treatement, the clinical symptoms of 40 patients taken ＂Wenxin Keli＂ were relieved quickly, the total effective rate was 90.00%, the obviously effective rate 60.00%. The total effective rate of ECG improvement was 90.91% ,the obviously effective rate was 63.64%. The total effective rate of Holtor improvement was 90.00%, the obviously effective rate was 60.00%. The significant difference was obsevered between before and afte reatment. Conclusion It is very convenient and safe to take ＂Wenxin Keli＂ orally with no adverse effect.
