摘　　要：村干部在农村经济管理中扮演着重要的角色,是广大农民与政府沟通不可或缺的桥梁。目前村干部在行使权利过程中存在诸多问题,农村发展所带来的新形势、新情况给村干部管理带来了机遇也带来了挑战,要充分发挥村干部的有效作用就应该放权与监督双管并下,为最终解决“三农”问题夯实基础。Village leaders play an important role in the management of rural economy, which serves as a bridge for the communication between the government and farmers. However, certain problems exist nowadays when village leaders exercise management power. Faced with the new opportunities and challenges brought about by changing conditions, both authorization and supervision should be strengthened so as to bring the role of village leaders into full play, thus promoting further development of rural economy.
