摘 要:目的:研究家兔喉淋巴管的微细分布。方法:采用间接注射法,透明铺片法、半薄切片光镜观察。结果:喉淋巴管的微细分布:喉壁除韧带和软骨层外,其粘膜层、粘膜下层、肌层和外膜可见毛细淋巴管和淋巴管,各层检出率不同,其中肌层和外膜淋巴管检出率较少。在声襞的复层鳞状上皮、任克氏间隙、声韧带与声肌之间、声肌中可见淋巴管,声韧带中没有淋巴管分布。喉各分区淋巴管分布具有显著差异,其中以会厌喉面分布密度最高,声襞淋巴管的分布密度最低。声门上区、声门区和声门下区的淋巴管在前联合和喉后壁相互吻合,除声襞两游离缘的淋巴管间无吻合外,喉各区淋巴管均可越过中线与对侧吻合。结论:喉壁除韧带和软骨层外,其余各层均存在毛细淋巴管和淋巴管,喉各分区淋巴管分布不同,但彼此间吻合。Objective. The fine distribution of the laryngeal lymphatic capillayies of rabbit was studied by the injection techniques;Methods: Lymphatic drainage of the laryngeal lymphatic were observed by injection techniques; transparent method;the semith in sections were observd under light microscope. Results .Except hyaline cartilage and ligaments, the initial lymph vessels and lymphatic were found in the mueosa submueosa, museularis and adventitia, the detected rate of lymphatics of all layers in the larynx is different. In the vocal folds, a few lymphatic or the initial lymph vessels were observed in the space between mucosa and ligament of the vocal folds; the space between ligament and muscle of the vocal folds ; the vocal muscle. In comparison, in the vocal ligament, the lymphatic vessels can only rarely be detected. The laryngeal system is characterized by regional differences in density. In the larynx surface of epiglottis, the laryngeal density of lymphatic vessels is highest. In the vocal folds, the laryngeal density of lymphatic vessels is lowest. In each area of larynx, there is no barrier that separates the laryngeal system. , both mucosal and submucosal lymphatic vessels are seen to cross the midline except the lymphtie of the vocal folds. Conclusion:Except hyaline cartilage and ligaments, the initial lymph vessels and lymphatic were found in all layers in the larynx. The laryngeal system is characterized by regional differences in density. In the each area of larynx, there is no barrier that separates the laryngeal system.
