渭良伤科油和红花酒精治疗老年卧床患者Ⅰ期压疮的对比研究

摘　　要：目的比较渭良伤科油与红花酒精治疗老年卧床患者I期压疮的药效,扩大渭良伤科油的应用范围。方法应用随机单盲法将148例入选病例分为实验组(渭良伤科油组)和对照组(红花酒精组)进行对比研究。结果两组用药后疼痛度级数差值、肿胀度级数差值、麻木度级数差值、皮肤温度差值比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),而红斑面积差值无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组总有效率为97%,对照组总有效率为84%(P<0.05);治疗组比对照组平均治愈时间明显缩短,有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组不良反应率为0,对照组不良反应率为6%(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论渭良伤科油药效比红花酒精优越,更有利于压疮的转归。Objective To compare the effects of Weiliangshangke Oil and Honghua Alcohol in treating stage Ⅰ bedsore induced by lying in bed for long time in old people to extent the application of Weiliangshangke Oil. Methods 148 old people lying in bed for long time were randomized in single blind method into the experimental group （Weiliangshangke Oil group） and control group （Honghua Alcohol group）. The effects of the two groups on bedsore of the old patients were compared. Results There were significant differences between the groups in view of progression difference values in pains, swelling, numbness, and skin temperature （P〈0.05）, but not in view of progression difference values in the areas of erythema （P〈0.05）. The rates of adverse reaction in the experimental group and the control group were 0 and 6%, showing no significant difference between them （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Weiliangshangke Oil is superior to Honghua Alcohol in treating bedsores, better for the cure of bedsores.
