摘　　要：通过对该市39家卫生机构的典型性调查,从基本状况和人员状况对其进行对比分析,找出存在的问题和产生的原因,根据国家相关政策和卫生行业发展趋势以及人民群众生活水平的不断提高,针对我市实际情况,提出相应对策,以供参考。To make a typital investigation of thirty- nine publie healthy organization in that city, to make a contrast analysis on its basical condition and personned condition, there are some present problems and cause to be found. According to correlated policy of the country and developing tendency of sanitation trade and improvement of people＇s living level. Aimming directly at our city＇s actual situation, we raise corresponding countermeasure to provide the reference.
