摘 要:针对热压工艺中单向纤维布的压缩行为,通过自行设计的纤维可压缩性测试装置测得压缩曲线,并用Gutowski纤维压缩方程进行拟合。提出了表征可压缩性的参数,考察了初始纤维体积分数、层数、润湿介质、铺层方式和纤维种类对单向纤维布可压缩性的影响。结果表明,层数、初始纤维体积分数和润湿介质对单向纤维铺层的可压缩性没有显著影响,纤维的干湿状态、铺层方式和纤维种类对纤维层的可压缩性有明显影响。The fiber compaction curves of unidirectional fiber cloth were measured by the equipment designed by the authors, and fitted curves were obtained using Gutowski's compaction equation. A parameter describing the compressibility was proposed. By using this parameter, several factors which affect the compressibility were studied, including the initial fiber volume fraction, number of layers, variety of lubricated medium, way of layup and the variety of fiber. The results show that the initial fiber volume fraction, number of layers and variety of lubricated medium have no remarkable effects on the compressibility of the unidirectional fiber cloth. The state of whether fibers are lubricated, the way of layup and the variety of fiber influence the compressibility significantly.
