摘 要:目的观察当归芍药散对快速老化小鼠脑内淀粉样颗粒沉积的影响,为当归芍药散治疗阿尔采默病提供实验依据。方法选用SAM-P/8小鼠16只(6月龄),随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组灌服当归芍药散水煎液1个月。用六胺银法显示淀粉样颗粒,对银染颗粒进行图像分析。结果银染颗粒主要成群分布于海马;治疗组和预防组的颗粒直径,面积和灰度均较对照组明显减小。结论当归芍药散可减少快速老化小鼠脑内淀粉样颗粒的大小和密度,显示当归芍药散对脑内淀粉样颗粒的沉积可能有抑制作用。Objective To observe the effect of Danggni Shaoyao San (DSS) on the amyloid granules in senescence accelerated mouse brain, and provide scientific basis for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease by it. Methods Sixteen SAM-P8 mice were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were administered with decoction of DSS for 1 month. Then the mouse brains were stained by Gomori's methenamine sliver nitrate. The density (grey scale), diameter and area of the methenamine sliver strain granules (MSSG) of hippocampus were analyzed by photographs auto-analyzing system. Results MSSG clustered predominantly in the hippocampus. The mean diameter and density of MSSG and the mean number of the dusters were significantly decreased in treatment group and prevention group. Conclusion Danggni Shaoyao San can diminish the clusters of MSSG in the hippocampus, it suggests that the deposition of the amyloid granules in senescence accelerated mouse brain is probably inhibited by Danggni Shaoyao San.
