摘 要:用萘为原料,硫酸铈为氧化剂,140#溶剂油为溶剂,在硫酸存在下氧化合成1,4萘醌,氧化剂硫酸铈被还原后,通过电解再生,循环使用。研究确定的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度65℃,反应时间1.2h,硫酸铈与萘的物质的量比为5∶1。产品收率达到81.5%,产品纯度99%以上,具有工业化应用价值。1,4-Naphthoquinone is synthesized by oxidation using naphthalene as raw material, cerous sulfate as oxidant in presence of sulfuric acid, and with 140^# solvent naphtha as solvent. Reduced cerous sulfate can be regenerated by electrolysis and reused in reaction repeatedly. The optimum conditions are as follows: the reaction temperature is 65℃, the reaction time is 1.2h and the mole ratio of cerous sulfate to naphthalene is 5: 1. Under above-mentioned conditions, the yield of the product is 81.5% and the purity of final product is above 99%. This process exhibits application prospect commercially.
