摘  要:目的通过对小鼠腋下移植肿瘤S180后给荷瘤小鼠灌胃花粉多糖液,以观察花粉多糖液对肿瘤的抑制作用。方法将60只荷瘤小鼠随机分为环磷酰胺组(50 mg/kg)、阴性对照组、花粉多糖实验组(200、400、600、800 mg/kg 4个剂量),连续灌胃给花粉多糖液10 d。观察:①小鼠一般状况②抑瘤率③吞噬指数。结果800 mg/kg花粉多糖组可明显降低瘤体重量,抑瘤率明显提高,达43.6%,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),并呈剂量-效应关系。同时,吞噬指数与肿瘤对照组比较具有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论花粉多糖液达到一定浓度时可抑制肿瘤和提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬作用。Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of the honeybee pollen polysaccharide (HPP) on tumor growth in S-180 sarcoma-bearing mice. Methods Sixty female Kunming mice bearing S180 sarcoma were randomly divided into cyclophosphamide (CTX) group, negative control group and HPP experimental group (four subgroups: 200, 400, 600, 800 mg/ kg, repectively). HPP was given intragastrically to the mice of the experimental groups for 10 days. The mice of CTX group received CTX in a dose of 250 mg. kg^-1 × d^-1intragastrically for 10 days. The inhibitory rate of tumor growth and phagocytic index were determined and analyzed. Results In comparison with the tumor control group, the tumor growth was significantly inhibited andthe tumor weight was reduced by 43.6% in the HPP (800 mg.kg^-1 . d^-1 × 10d) experimental group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Our findings indicate that HPP may exert inhibitory effect on tumor growth, and it is worthy further exploring its anti-cancer role in future.
