老年白大衣高血压与高血压病患者相关危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的通过对老年白大衣高血压(WCH)与高血压病及血压正常人群相关指标对比分析,探讨三者心血管危险因素的差异性。方法设计可能与心血管危险因素相关的个人情况调查表,并进行体格检查及生化指标检测,对比3组人群之间的差异。结果WCH中超重、高脂血症率显著高于血压正常人群(P<0.05),与高血压患者相近,但在糖尿病、冠心病、脑卒中及高血压家族史中,WCH与血压正常人群相近(P>0.05)。结论WCH是心血管疾病的低危因素,治疗应以改善生活方式为主。Objective To investigate cardiovascular risk factors among white coat hypertension （WCH） ,essential hypertensives and normal tensives. Methods Questionary including important cardiovasclar risk factors was used in the present study. Physical examination, biochemical examinations were conducted. Results Overweight and hyperlipidemia in WCH population were significantly higher than those normal tensives（ P 〈 0.05 ）, although there were no difference in family history with diabetes mellitus,Coronary heart disease, stroke and hypertension, between WCH and normal tension （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions WCH was accompanied by less risk factors for cardiovascular diseases. Adjustment of life-style should be considered and recommended.
