军队离休干部正常高值血压干预探讨

摘　　要：目的研究军队离休干部正常高值血压非药物治疗的有效方法。方法选取符合正常高值血压标准206例离休干部,随机分为试验组106例及对照组100例,单肓法,两组同时进行90d血压监测,试验组并行下列干预措施:(1)袪除引起血压上升诱因及合并疾病;(2)改变不合理的生活方式;(3)适当运动;(4)健康教育;(5)指导患者自我保健等。结果试验后两组血压均有下降,试验组试验前后有显著差异,P<0.05,对照组无统计学意义;两组血压下降幅度、正常率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。试验组体重指数下降0.53±0.20,试验前后有显著差异(P<0.05),摄盐量≤6g,血脂、血糖、血尿酸等正常,伴发疾病控制,对照组则无明显改善。结论正常高值血压患者非药物综合干预,试验组血压下降明显优于对照组,安全、实用、经济,患者依从性好。Objective To investigate the effects of non-drug therapy on high normal blood pressure in retired military officers. Methods 206 military retired officers with high normal blood pressure were divided randomly into experimental group （n= 106） and control group（n= 100）. The blood pressure of both groups were monitored continuously for 90 days at the same time. The intervention methods used by the experimental group including： （1）controlling the causes and complications; （2） changing the life style, stopping smoking and controlling body weight ; （3） doing suitable exercise ; （4） carrying out health education;（5）taking good care of the subjects and guiding them self-health. Results At the end of the experiment, the blood pressure of both groups were decreased. The difference of blood pressure of the experimental group before and after the experiment was significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Although the blood pressure in control group decreased after the experiment, the difference was not significant. The body weight index of the experimental group lowered 0.53 ± 0.20 after the experiment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, it did not have any significant change in the control group. Conclusions The non-drug intervention are safe, practical, economic and well compliant.
