摘　　要：学术规范是当今学术界、出版界及教育界长期以来孜孜追求的良好学术境界。然而由于作者、编辑出版部门以及国家有关学术监管体制等多方面因素的影响,各种违反学术规范的学术失范现象至今依然存在,并有愈演愈烈之势。作为学术“守门人”的编辑出版部门,在维护学术规范上有着义不容辞的职责。本文以学术期刊编辑部门为切入点,探讨其在维护和建设学术规范上的重要作为。Academic standard has been the aim to seek for academia, the press and Educational circles. But on many accounts of the writers, ＂the editorial and press and the country＇ s academic management system, there are still many kinds of phenomena violating academic standard and even more and more. Being the guard, academic editorial department should be on the duty to maintain academic standard, This article starting with academic periodical editorial department, discusses the important function to maintain and construct academic standard.
