摘 要:用醚化剂GTA与玉米淀粉使用不同方法制备低取代度阳离子淀粉,对烘箱干法、微波干法、以及石油醚溶剂法反应效率进行了研究,得出了烘箱干法反应时间长、微波干法原料混合不均及石油醚溶剂法反应效率低等缺点。通过分析比较,结合三种方法的特点,对烘箱干法进行了改进。用石油醚作为分散剂,干法制备低取代度阳离子淀粉,反应效率更高,产品更均一。The low degree of substitution cationic starch was prepared by different methods with usage of GTA and cornstarch. The reaction efficiency of the oven condition in dry process, microwave radiation in dry process, and in the solvent of the petroleum ether process was studied. The results show that the reactive time of the oven condition in dry process is too long, the material mixture of microwave radiation in dry process is asymmetry and the reactive efficiency of petroleum ether process is too low. By analyzing and comparing and combining characteristic of three methods, oven condition in dry process was improved. The low degree of substitution cationic starch was synthesized in dry process by using petroleum ether as dispersant. The reaction efficiency was more effective and the product was more homogeneous.
