离心风机内部流场三维数值模拟

摘　　要：随着计算流体力学和计算机技术的快速发展,流体机械内部流场的研究有了很大的进展,目前用CFD软件对离心风机内部湍流场的数值模拟成为一种重要的研究方法,文章采用CFD商用软件FLUENT6.1对离心风机内部流场进行了三维数值模拟,分析其内部的流动情况,并根据数值模拟结果优化相关的设计参数,以保证离心风机具有良好的性能。With the rapid development of the calculation of fluid and the technology of computer,the reserarch that the flow field in the inner fluid machine have made great achievements.Now it is important method that the software of CFD is used to analyze the data of intenal swift flow field.The software of CFD FLUENT6.1 is used to simulate the three-dimensional flow field of centrifugal fan to analyze the fluxion of the inner part and optimize related design parameter terms of the results of the imitating data,which assures the good condition of centrifugal wind box.
