摘　　要：利用变频调速系统代替复杂的液压调速系统,对VG J-2000卷染机进行改造。主要介绍了方案的选择、系统的组成、元器件的选择、参数的设定、电路的设计,以及整机调试的方法。This paper disserted a reform project of how to replace complex hydraulic velocity-adjust system by frequency conversion velocity-adjust system for VGJ-2000 jigger. It involves the selection of project, consist of system, selection of elements, and setting of parameters. Meanwhile, the circuit construct project, the construct requisition of trapezoid figure and the method of the machine-debugged have been introduced.
