摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床价值。方法:对56例卵巢巧克力囊肿病例进行腹腔镜手术的临床资料进行分析。其中53例进行囊肿剥除术,3例行单侧附件切除术。结果:56例全部在腹腔镜下完成手术,无术后并发症。随访40例,症状消失36例,疗效满意。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿安全、有效、损伤小、痛苦轻、术后联合用药、复发率低。Objective： To study the clinical value of application of laparoscopy operation to cure ovary endometriosis.Methods：Analyze the material gained from the application of laparoacopy operation to cure 56 ovary endometriosis, among which, 53 cases are the elimination of the cysts, and 3 cases are the elimination of single uterine adnexa. Resuits：All these 56 cases are operated under laparoseopy. There is no any side effect after the surgery. 26 cases have been followed, 20 of which has no symptom again, means that the results are satisfactory. Colndusion： Application of Laparoacopy operation to cure ovary endometriosis is safe, effective, less harmful and less painful. After the surgery, if medicine is combined to use, the recrudescence of the disease is very low.
