依普定治疗尿毒症血液透析临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨促红细胞生成素(依普定)在尿毒症血液透析患者中的应用及疗效。方法:对尿毒症维持性血液透析患者40例,皮下注射液给药,疗程12周,观察用药前后血红蛋白、红细胞、HCT等指标,并做统计学分析。结果:临床表现有明显改善(P<0.05),实验室指标Hb、RBC、HCT有显著差异(P<0.05),总有效率100%。结论:透析病人在治疗中应用EPO安全、有效且依普定独特的剂型方便患者给药。Objective：To discuss the clinic applying and curative effect of EPO to umemia hemodialysis patients. Methods： Hypodermic delivering to 40 cases subtaining uraemia hemodialysis patients, 12 week treatment period, looking into the sanguine.erythrocyte and HCT, statistically analyzing the difference between the procure and after cure.Results： Clinical exhibition showed significant improvement （P〈0.05） ,laboratory index of Hb,RBC,HCT have notable distinction, overall efficiency ratio 100%. Condusion： It is safe and effective to apply EPO to uraemia hemodialysis patients, furthermore, its special form of prepared drugs is convenient to bestow.
