摘 要:利用红外光谱、差热分析、X射线衍射、扫描电镜等手段研究了含TiO2和ZrO2复合晶核剂Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2系统微晶玻璃的析晶过程,利用DTA制定了基础玻璃的热处理制度:即先在570℃下核化1h,再分别在690℃、730℃、770℃、810℃、850℃下晶化1h。利用IR、XRD和SEM研究了经热处理后的微晶玻璃晶体相的结构和形貌。结果表明:经过适当的热处理制度后,该系统微晶玻璃首先析出的是β-石英固溶体,红外光谱检测到的主要是玻璃中硅氧键的配位状态。随着热处理温度的升高,β-石英固溶体转变成β-锂辉石固溶体,而且微晶玻璃相应的变为不透明的乳白色,同时红外光谱可以检测到Al—O键的配位状态,且温度越高,Al—O键所占的比重越大。The processes of crystallization of the Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 glass ceramics containing TiO2 and ZrO2 were studied by means of infrared spectra, differential thermal analysis, X-ray powder diffraction and scan electric microcopy. And the heat-treatment schedule of the basic glasses was determined using DTA, that is the basic glass should be kept at 570℃ for lh to nucleation, then crystallize for lh at 690℃, 730℃ ,770℃ ,810℃ ,850℃ respectively. The structure and appearance of the glass-ceramics after heat- treatment were studied by IR, XRD and SEM. The result shows that after proper heat-treatment, β-SiO2 appeared firstly in the glass-ceramics system, and then measured by IR the Si-O band, which was measured by IR. As temperature rises, β-SiO2 changes into β-spodumene. At the same time, the glassceramics turns into opaque opalescence. In addition, the Al-O band can be measured by IR, and the higher the temperature is, the more the ratio of Al-O band is.
